Solenoid Lock
When coupled with the latest "Lock and Hood" sensor technology, these Workstations can be easily locked and unlocked remotely over the network via a password-protected set up utility or a network management console. This enables network administrators to better manage both, internal and remote access to the Workstations from a central location. This is valuable for companies who want to prevent theft of components or data from hard-drives, and thanks to the electronic nature of the lock, there is no need to manage multiple keys. In the event that a PC chassis cover is opened, the sensor will detect this and sends an alert to the network management console when the PC is next powered on.
