Glenn is a sales executive about to close a big deal and the lawyers have finally worked out all of the contract details. On his way to lunch with the client, he downloads a copy of the final contract from his company's intranet using a wireless WAN connection and prints a copy for the client to sign using his Deskjet 450. He's ready to walk away from lunch with a signed contract in hand.
Over salad, his client reviews the contract and finds a small typo (an extra zero mysteriously found its way onto the final cost of the sale). Glenn calls the office for confirmation that he can remove the zero, receives it, modifies the contract, and prints a new copy during dessert. The client signs the contract and they seal the deal with a handshake.

The work order system returns a formatted and printed PDF that James can print on his mobile printer and leave with the customer so they know what work was done, how much they will be billed, and what upcoming maintenance they will need performed.
Because James carries a mobile print center with him, he can generate printed documents that he can leave with his customers to let them know what he did and why.
