In one instances, we had 5 old (but still under warranty) Compaq Armada laptops experience harddisk failure due to hardware fatigue after over two years continuous heavy work condition and we log a maintenance call.
Without any difficult questions or suspicious why 5 old hardware all faulty at the same time, we received 5 brand new harddrive replacement in a timely manner without any impact to my client critical business operation.
All I have to say is: HP-Compaq warranty service is supreme in the market!
