If increased mobility makes you worry about increased security threats then don’t. As with desk-based, thin clients none of your company's data is stored locally so if the device gets stolen or lost there’s no risk of confidential information falling into the wrong hands.

With a free download of HP OpenView Client Configuration Manager basic edition you are also equipped with the tools you need for handling Enterprise class deployments.
In addition, exclusive HP ThinState Tools enable your client to be used as a “master” for easily deploying images to other thin clients in the network or using an USB disc key.
